Terms

1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, duties and responsibilities of members in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by the TheBulkLab (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”)

2. Definition
1) Member: A person who agrees to the terms and conditions of the center and applies for membership, and is approved by the company and receives a user ID and password to use the services provided by the center.
2) Register: A person who wishes to become a member agrees to these terms and conditions and submits a service use contract by filling in the necessary information on the service use application form of the center, and the center approves it
3) Username: When a person who has signed up as a member of the company wants to use the services provided by the company, the company determines the identity of the member, and is a unique name of the member made of a combination of letters or numbers.
4) Password: Combination information of letters or numbers shared with the company as determined by the member to confirm the identity of the member when applying for service use using the ID.
5) Withdrawal: When a member terminates the service use contract for various reasons

3. Specification, Explanation and Revision of Terms and Conditions
1) The terms and conditions are posted on the center’s homepage or connection screen so that members can know them.
2) The terms and conditions of the center may be changed from time to time without notice, and members can view the newly updated contents at any time through the menu of the terms and conditions of service of the center.
3) Members can refuse to apply the changed terms and conditions, and in this case, they can stop using the service by withdrawing from membership.
4) If the service provided by the center continues to be used even after the revised terms and conditions are enforced, the member is deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions.

4. Application for Service Use
1) In order to use the service, the member must record the user’s personal information in the prescribed application form set by the center.
2) All information listed in the application form must be the same as the member’s actual information. Members who do not enter actual information or enter false information cannot receive legal protection.
3) The center may approve the registration of group members, not individuals, only when it is deemed necessary. Organizations wishing to join as group members must explain the public interest purpose of membership and must go through the subsequent approval process of the center.

5. Service Refund Regulations
1) When refunding to a member, the center refunds all or part of it in the same way as the payment of the already paid amount. However, if a refund is not possible in the same way, it will be notified in advance.
2) The center refunds after deducting a 10% penalty of the amount purchased for the services.

6. Provision and Change of Service
1) The center provides various contents to members through the Internet network, and members can use the service through equipment that can connect to the Internet.
2) All services of the center are updated from time to time without a regular cycle, and may be changed or added.
3) Members of the center may post their opinions on the bulletin board or e-mail to the person in charge regarding other opinions or if they think there is a problem with the contents of the service provided by the center.
4) The center is not responsible for the contents freely posted by members on the center’s opinions, bulletin boards, and managers.

7. Suspension of Service
1) The center may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or disruption of communication.
2) In the event that the service cannot be provided due to business item conversion, business abandonment, or integration between companies, the member is notified.

8. Matters to be observed by members
The center may delete or limit the contents corresponding to the following acts, and may restrict the use of the service or withdraw from the member who has committed the act.
1) If there is falsehood, omission, or typo in the information registered at the time of membership registration
2) When posting advertising messages for commercial purposes or contents that may infringe on the copyright or privacy of others without the prior permission of the center
3) When there is a concern that inappropriate content such as pornography, threatening content, vulgar content, drugs, dangerous substances and explosives may be posted or inquired, or that may cause harm to other members
4) When posting content that may infringe on others’ trademarks, patents, trade secrets, copyrights, etc., or engaging in fraudulent acts such as collecting, storing, or distributing other users’ personal information
5) The act of distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that are contrary to public order and morals to others
6) Acts judged to be associated with anti-national, anti-social, or criminal acts
7) An act of infringing other users or third parties’ copyrights, etc.
8) In case of violation of other related laws or if there are significant reasons to determine that the company is no longer able to provide services

9. Obligations regarding member ID and password
A member who has signed up as a member of the center to receive member services is responsible for fulfilling the following obligations regarding the member’s ID and password.
1) Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
2) Members should not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
3) If a member recognizes that his or her ID and password are stolen or used by a third parties, the member must notify the center immediately and follow the instructions of the center.

10. Copyright for service contents
All content provided by the Center refers to all texts, graphics, all types of files, and software.
1) The copyright of all content provided by the center belongs to the center.
2) Members shall not use information obtained through the use of the center for commercial purposes or allow a third party to use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without prior consent.
3) The center can comprehensively use the member’s postings within the company’s service, including copying, displaying, transmitting, and distributing, and, if necessary, edit and modify the postings to a minimum extent. The member consents to the comprehensive use rights, editing, and modification of the center.

11. Use of Personal Information
When collecting user’s personal information, the center collects the minimum amount of personal information to the extent necessary to provide services.
1) With the member’s consent, the center may send introduction and advertisement e-mails to the member regarding sites affiliated with the company.
2) The center does not disclose or distribute the member’s personal information learned through service provision to a third party without the member’s consent. Exceptions are made in the following cases.
(1) If there are special provisions in laws such as the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Guarantee of Confidentiality, the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act
(2) If it is necessary for statistical writing/academic research or market research, it is provided in a form in which a specific individual cannot be identified
3) The center may use all or part of the member information as work-related statistical data.
4) The center may promote the company’s business contents to members by e-mail, etc., and may recommend product purchases, subscriptions, and event participation.

12. Responsibility and Management of Posts
1) Loss, damage, and other problems arising from posts and information on the center are the responsibility of individual members, and the company is not responsible for them.
2) If a post falls under each subparagraph of Article 6 below, the center may delete the post.
3) In the case of deleting a member’s post, actions may be taken against the member individually or simultaneously in accordance with Article 6 below.
4) The center has no obligation to inspect or censor any posts.
5) The center has no obligation to delete or store the posts of members who have withdrawn or who have been expelled.

13. Dispute Resolution and Competent Court
1) In the event of a dispute regarding personal information, the Center and its members may apply for mediation of the dispute to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee for prompt and effective dispute resolution.
2) The court having jurisdiction over the headquarters of the Center shall be the competent court for litigation regarding disputes arising from the use of the service.
3) Korean law applies to lawsuits filed between the center and members.
