How it works

A clear scope. Then a practical next step.

A remote technical-review workflow built around the information you have and the decision you need — not an open-ended consulting commitment.

01

Choose a service

Pick the review that fits your question — Quick Check, Rheology Diagnostic Report or Process Review — and send a short, non-confidential brief. Until bookings open, join the launch list or ask a question through the contact form.

What to prepareThe symptom, the expected result, available measurements (flow curves, coating weights, images), actions already tried and your decision deadline.

02

Confirm the fit

The question and the available data are checked against the chosen service. You then receive a fixed-price invoice; an NDA can be agreed before any sensitive data is shared.

What is confirmedThe question, the data checklist and the delivery date. If the problem does not fit the service, you are told before you pay.

03

Review the evidence

Your data and relevant technical sources are examined within the confirmed scope. Where formulation data allow, predicted and measured rheology are compared, observations are kept separate from possible causes, and information gaps are named.

What the work coversEvaluation criteria, structured comparisons, rheology interpretation, technical literature and candidate follow-up investigations as appropriate.

04

Receive the report and next test

You receive a written report with the findings, their limitations and a prioritised test plan — with a walk-through call for the Diagnostic Report. Further work is quoted separately.

What happens nextYour team validates proposed changes under its own operating and safety procedures. Testing and implementation are not automatically included.

Practical questions

Before you get in touch.

How long does a review take?

Quick Check: 5 business days. Rheology Diagnostic Report: 2 weeks from complete data. Process Review: agreed per project. The clock starts once the data checklist is complete.

Is the first message a technical diagnosis?

No. The first exchange checks fit and data readiness. Detailed analysis starts only after the service is confirmed and the invoice accepted.

What if we have limited data?

The review may begin by defining the measurements needed. A root cause cannot be guaranteed when evidence is incomplete, and that limitation will be stated.

How should we handle confidential information?

Send only a non-confidential summary at first. Agree on confidentiality and the sharing method before providing sensitive documents. Do not send employer or customer information without authorisation.

When do bookings open?

Services are in preparation. Launch-list members receive one email when bookings open, with the services and launch prices.

Are laboratory work and implementation included?

No. The offering is a remote advisory review. Testing, site visits, implementation and production validation require a separate agreement, where available.
