How it works

A clear scope. Then a practical next step.

A remote technical-review workflow built around the information you have and the decision you need — not an open-ended consulting commitment.

01

Start with a brief

Describe the material or process, what is going wrong and the decision you need to make. Do not send confidential formulations or customer data in the first inquiry.

What to prepareThe symptom, the expected result, available measurements (flow curves, coating weights, images), actions already tried and your decision deadline.

02

Agree the scope

The question is reviewed for fit. Before work begins we agree deliverables, required information, fee, timing and any confidentiality arrangements.

What is agreedA clear review boundary and the assumptions needed to proceed. If the problem is outside scope, that is said before technical work starts.

03

Review the evidence

Relevant data and technical sources are examined within the agreed scope. Where formulation data allow, predicted and measured rheology are compared, observations are kept separate from possible causes, and information gaps are named.

What the work coversEvaluation criteria, structured comparisons, rheology interpretation, technical literature and candidate follow-up investigations as appropriate.

04

Define the next test

You receive the findings, their limitations and prioritised next steps in the agreed format. Follow-up work or further analysis is scoped separately.

What happens nextYour team validates proposed changes under its own operating and safety procedures. Testing and implementation are not automatically included.

Practical questions

Before you send a brief.

How long does a review take?

Timing depends on the question, data readiness and deliverables. A schedule is agreed before work begins; no standard turnaround is promised at the inquiry stage.

Is the first inquiry a full technical diagnosis?

No. The first exchange is for scope and suitability. Detailed investigation starts only after the review scope and fee are accepted.

What if we have limited data?

The review may begin by defining the measurements needed. A root cause cannot be guaranteed when evidence is incomplete, and that limitation will be stated.

How should we handle confidential information?

Send only a non-confidential summary at first. Agree on confidentiality and the sharing method before providing sensitive documents. Do not send employer or customer information without authorisation.

Are laboratory work and implementation included?

No. The offering is a remote advisory review. Testing, site visits, implementation and production validation require a separate agreement, where available.

Start with one question

Let’s define the next step.

Share a non-confidential summary of the material, the process step and what goes wrong. Scope, fee and timing are agreed before technical work begins.
